To receive the goods before the Christmas, we highly recommend placing an order before the 15th for both domestic and international orders.

• I will most likely be away when the parcel comes, what should I do? : Parcels may be left unattended at the delivery address when marked “Authority to Leave” or “ATL” if the delivery provider deems it safe to do so. Boo beauty bar holds no responsibility for goods left unattended at a delivery address when the parcel is marked “ATL”. If you are in Australia, they will leave a card OR if you are outside of Australia, we use DHL for our international orders and you will receive an email and/or SMS from them with the link on how to receive your goods. Please follow their instructions.

• What is the shipping cut off time from Boo beauty bar?: We will be CLOSED from 23rd of December to 8th of January. Any orders placed after 22nd of December, 12pm AEST will be processed on the 9th of January when we are back.

• Will I receive my order before the Christmas?: To receive your order before the Christmas, we highly recommend to place an order before the 15th for both domestic and international orders. Please note that there can be unexpected delays. If you wish to place an order during our Christmas sale (20th-22nd), your order will most likely be not delivered before the Christmas but after 9th of January when we come back to work.
