Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship to over 100+ countries with DHL express. Please note that there may be import duties and taxes when ordering from overseas- don't forget to check those fees to avoid any delay or inconvinience.

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. All the orders are being processed within 48 hours from our warehouse in Melbourne. It takes from 2 days to up to 6 business days for domestic orders OR 4 days to up to 14 business days for international orders.
Please note that there sometimes can be delay for different reasons from time to time, however, we will try our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Do you offer payment options?
Yes, we have afterpay and zip pay options for our Australian customers. However we currently don't have any payment options for international customers.
Do you offer a sample/ starter kit?
Yes, we have sample pack and starter pack available in our shop. Please check out our shop page to see the options or search 'sample'.
Can BOO-kit be used on brows too?
While the product is suitable for use on eyebrows, it's important to be aware that the kit includes instructions only for eyelashes, not brows.
When applying the BOO-original professional kit to eyebrows, reduce the processing time by 3-4 minutes compared to the recommended lash time.
For instance, if the suggested processing time for thick lashes is 13-14 minutes, adjust it to 10-11 minutes for thick brows.
If you're using the BOO-Pure care system for brows, maintain the same timing as indicated in the lash guideline.
Is it safe to use the BOO-Kit during pregnancy and while breastfeeding?
Indeed, our kit is crafted from entirely natural ingredients, making it safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
However, it's worth noting that due to hormonal changes during these periods, there is a possibility that results may not be as consistent, or allergic reactions could occur.
As a precaution, we do not recommend undergoing any lash or brow treatments during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you decide to proceed, we strongly advise conducting an allergy test (patch test) before the treatment.
