Holiday Closure
The Boo Beauty Bar team is currently on a holiday break, taking time to recharge after a busy year. We’ll be back on 7th January, refreshed and committed to delivering the high level of service our customers deserve.
When will my order be shipped?
🤍Orders from AU website (boobeautybar.com)
: Our Australian warehouse will be closed from 24th December to 6th January. All orders placed during this period will be processed and shipped from 7th January, in the order they are received.
*Orders will be prioritised and dispatched sequentially, so we recommend placing your order as early as possible.
🤍USA orders (us.boobeautybar.com)
:Our US warehouse will continue operating as normal throughout the holiday period. Orders placed via our US website will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
*Please allow extra time for delivery due to the holiday rush with couriers.
Can I change my order or delivery address?
Unfortunately, no changes can be made to orders or delivery addresses during our holiday closure, as our customer service team will be offline.
Please ensure:
- All items in your cart are correct
- Your delivery address is entered accurately
If an order is shipped with an incorrect address while our team is away, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.
My order is delayed, lost, or hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
If your order is delayed or missing, we recommend first contacting the courier directly using your tracking number for the fastest resolution.

When will out-of-stock items be restocked?
Most out-of-stock items are expected to be restocked by the end of January.

Will delivery times be longer than usual?
Yes — due to the holiday period and high courier volumes, delivery delays may occur, even after dispatch. We appreciate your patience during this busy time.
