Of course, you don't have to train with us to be able to purchase the kit. However, our kit and other products are strictly for professionals not for personal uses.

Q. What is the expiry dates?
The shelve life time of our kit is 1 year without opening or 3 months with opened condition.
Q. Should I place the solutions in the beauty fridge? What is the best way to keep the products fresh?
18-20 degreed room temperature is perfect for our solutions. Please place them somewhere with no sun lights.
It is recommended to keep them in the beauty fridge if the weather is not consistent or your room gets too hot as the solutions are affected a lot by the temperature and misplacing them can occur poor results or other side effects.
Q. What is the timing of Boo Lash Kit?
The timing of lifting cream is 10-14 minutes depending on clients lash type. More detailed information can be found in the basic instruction that comes with the kit.

Our products are proudly vegan, cruelty free, ammonia free, paraben free and ophthalmologically tested.
Q. Can I use Boo Lash Kit on brows too?
Yes, the kit can be used on brows too. Please apply the solutions for 2-3 minutes less timing.
For example, timing of lifting cream on the fine lashes- 10 minutes but the fine brows- 7-8 minutes.
*The kit does not come with instructions for brows but lashes only.
Q. I would like to purchase some items, but it's out of stock. What should I do?
When some items are out of stock, you can sometimes 'pre-order' on certain items but when it's not an option, you will see 'Alert me' section right next to the product photo and you can simply enter your email and you will be notified when it's back in stock!
Q. Can I use Boo maximizing cream with other brands?
Yes, the cream will work with any brand when used as the last step in the lash-lifting process, but for the best results it's recommended using the 'BOO' product line as each brand has a chemical makeup that helps each their process.
