The Pure Care Philosophy
Pure Care is a next-generation lash & brow lifting system formulated with cysteamine (free form)- engineered for controlled bond reshaping with reduced cellular stress.
This is not a traditional perm system.
This is precision chemistry.
01. Understanding What Happens During a Lash Lift
Every lash and brow hair is held together by disulfide bonds.
To create a lift:
- These bonds must be gently broken (Step 1 – reducing phase)
- The hair is reshaped
- Bonds are reformed (Step 2 – neutralising phase)
The key difference between lifting systems is how aggressively those bonds are broken.
02. Traditional Systems vs Pure Care
Traditional Thioglycolate Systems
Most conventional systems use: Thioglycolic acid.
• Larger molecular structure
• Stronger alkaline action
• Higher swelling of the hair shaft
• Higher cytotoxicity in cellular testing
Pure Care — Cysteamine (Free Form)
Pure Care uses: Cysteamine (not cysteamine-HCL).
Scientifically, cysteamine has:
• Smaller molecular size
• Faster penetration into the hair cortex
• Controlled disulfide bond reduction
• Less hair shaft swelling
Because the molecule is smaller, it penetrates efficiently- meaning shorter processing time is possible, even though the formula is milder.
Mild does not mean weak- It means controlled.
03. Why BOO-Pure care is special
Cytotoxicity & Cellular Safety
In laboratory testing, cysteamine (free form) demonstrated:
• Higher cell viability
• Lower cytotoxicity
• Reduced inflammatory response compared to thioglycolate and cysteamine-HCL
Higher cell viability = lower cellular stress.
This supports why Pure Care feels gentler when used correctly.
04. Instructions- Traditional
INSTRUCTIONS
- Apply glue on the back of the eye pads and place them close to the lash line.
- Apply adhesive on the eye pads and lift lashes using the 3B tool.
- Apply the lifting cream from the root to halfway up and let it sit for 7–12 minutes. Remove the lifting cream using a cotton tip.
- Apply the setting cream from the root to all the way up, let it sit for half of the time used for lifting (4–6 minutes). Remove the setting cream using a cotton tip.
- Apply the moisturising cream from the root to all the way up — the lashes should come off easily from the silicon pads.
- Take the silicon pads off the eyelids and clean the eye area using a cotton tip.
*Tint can be applied after setting step.
05. Instructions- Korean lash-lift
INSTRUCTIONS: Korean Lash Lift Technique
Step 1 — Lifting Phase
Apply the lifting cream from the root to the top of the lashes. You may soften the lashes either upward or downward, depending on your preferred technique.
If softening the lashes upward, place flat shields directly onto the eyelids before processing.
Step 2 — Controlled Softening
Cover the lashes using a paper cover or silicone cover to maintain even heat and controlled processing.
Leave the lifting cream on for 5–10 minutes, which is approximately 2 minutes shorter than traditional glue techniques, due to faster penetration.
Step 3 — Lash Check
Gently check the softness of the lashes.
Once the lashes are sufficiently softened and flexible, remove the lifting cream carefully using a cotton tip.
Step 4 — Setting Phase
Place the shields properly onto the eyelids if not already positioned.
Apply the setting cream from the root to the tip of the lashes.
Leave on for 3–5 minutes, adjusting timing based on:
• Lash thickness
• Lash density
• Number of lash layers
Step 5 — Nourishing Phase
Remove the setting cream using a cotton tip.
Apply the moisturising cream from root to tip.
The lashes should release easily from the shields at this stage.
Step 6 — Final Removal & Cleanse
Remove the shields carefully.
Clean the eyelids and surrounding area thoroughly.

IN EVERY DETAIL
After testing 73 individual laboratory samples and upgrading the formula three times,
we achieved what is now Pure Care- a controlled, high-performance lifting system designed for professional use.

Cellular toxicity & Irritation Analysis
- Each sample was treated for 1 h, and washed using PBS. After 24h treatment, cytotoxicity evaluation was measured in HaCaT cell using MTT assay.
- Each sample (Concentration 33%) was measured at:
-Cysteamine Free 87.34%
-Cysteine 26.36%
-Thioglycolic acid 5.76%
-Ethanolamine thioglycolic acid 11.98%
-Cysteine-HCL 48.96%
-Cysteamine-HCL 35.67%
Overall, Cysteamine Free has lowest cytotoxicity in eyelash perm raw materials.

Pure Care does not require powder activation or additional mixing with Step 1.
There is no need to alter viscosity or manually adjust chemical strength.
The lifting cream is:
• Pre-stabilised
• Optimised for controlled disulfide bond reduction
• Precisely balanced in pH
• Thickened to professional-grade viscosity
We do not dilute formulas for mass production.
We refine them for professional excellence.
