: Yes, Unfortunately all the training materials are made in English.
Q. How do I become a member?
: Only the beauticians who have finished our course can become a member and an exclusive discount will be applied on every orders.
After purchasing the course, you will get an email from us with the certificate and notification that your account is updated to a member. Please allow 3-4 weeks processing time as this step is done manually by us.
Q. I am already certificated beautician. Do I still need a course?

Q. What is the difference between beginners and advanced course?
: Beginners course is for someone who has never been in beauty or lash industry before. It has a lot of basic information that will help understanding the overall knowledge of the lashes and lash-lifting.
Advanced course does NOT include basic information about the lash cycle, allergy reactions, pre-care/ after-care and etc.
Please carefully read the descriptions to see what is included or not before purchasing the course as the ongoing support will only be available within the area where the training covers.
Q. I didn't get my training materials. What should I do?
:The training materials are automatically sent to the inbox within 5 minutes after purchasing the course. Please check the spam or junk folder.

Q. I lost or accidently deleted the training materials. What should I do?
: Please contact us and we will send you another copy. It is highly recommended to download them on your device to have the lifetime access.
Q. How long does this course take to complete?
: There is a theory booklet that has around 15-30 pages (depending on the training option you choose) and videos that are 50-60 minutes long. Once you purchase the course, you will be able to download them and keep them which means you will have access to all the materials anytime and you can finish the course in your own pace.
