• When will my order be shipped out?: Your order will be processed from our warehouse within 48 hours if the order is placed during the weekdays or within 72 hours if the order is placed Friday after 1pm or during the weekends. 

*Boo beauty bar will be CLOSED from 23rd of December to 8th of January. Any orders placed after 12pm on the 22nd will be processed on the 9th of January.

• Will I receive my order before the Christmas?: To receive your order before the Christmas, we highly recommend to place an order before the 15th for both domestic and international orders. Please note that there can be unexpected delays. If you wish to place an order during our Christmas sale (20th-22nd), your order will most likely be not delivered before the Christmas but after 9th of January when we come back to work.
