We do NOT offer refunds on shipments that are sent back to us due to the failure of recipient taking of any of these responsibilities.

Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days; your order will then be shipped out and expected to arrive in 2-4 business days for priority shipping and 5-7 business days for standard shipping.

Please allow extra 3-5 business days during the sale period.

All the international orders are processed with DHL Express. New Zealand have the option of AusPost or DHL.

Once orders are dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
